Ran west on Canal Trail with Wendy, Karen (Sky) and Leslie.  Gorgeous fall morning.  Then Karen, hubby and I went to the pool.  We did 14 laps (9 free style, 5 backstroke).

Mini core.  Major house cleaning!  Hubby loves that I'm in taper mode!  :) :) :)

Yoga I at LC.  I like this class.  Lots of core, balance and of course good flexibility stuff! :)

....but seriously, don't do too much housework. I read an article that housework can cause stress fractures :)!!!

Taper mode is awesome! I get so much done and I feel like a happier person hahaha. This week has been pretty nice to the week after a marathon w no running whatsoever is pretty sweet. I guess it's a sweet reward to all that hard work.
