Walked 0.25 with hubby then I continued west and north.  Had to make a pit stop at the 1500W bathroom.  Temp was in the 40s with wind coming from the WNW.  Got a 9:32 the last mile but it was hard.  I think I need to incoporate some kind of speed work in my next training cycle.  I'm SO SLOW these days...so pathetic!

One step at a time! Start doing some Yasso's.....start with one and then work up to 10 during a workout session.

Just throw in a few strides at the end of your workout. They're fun and don't take much out of you and don't beat you up like true speed work. It'll make you feel fast again. I'm glad to hear Larry is out walking with you.

Doone tells me you signed up for the Revel marathon that is right by where she grew up. I have been wanting to do that one for a couple years. You will have to let me know how it is.

Smooth I have a very important question. After finishing today’s run I noticed my yearly mileage is at 2222.2 miles. Please tell me all those twos are good luck numbers???? :)
