I was alarmed to see my right lower leg has atrophied when I removed my boot after church yesterday. This morning my hubs and sons confirmed that the right lower leg is indeed skinnier and smaller than the left. I panicked and texted Teena, RAD and Lowell. Felt much better after talking to RAD. I was ready to throw the boot in the trash. Hubby did remind me that it was a 200 bucks boot that I'd better get my money's worth by wearing it! :) :) :) :)

Here's the plan:
I will focus on the healing of the foot and not worry about the atrophy of the limb by wearing the boot faithfully. Next week when I see the doc. I will ask him what limitations I have. Until I get the okay to run, I will do exercises to keep up the cardio and core strength. Any suggestions are welcomed!!!
